The programme brought ethical leadership and design thinking together as approaches to navigating complexity and making responsible decisions across disciplines. Through masterclasses, collaborative workshops, cultural immersion and encounters with local governance and communities, participants connected theory with lived experience. The experience encouraged them to see leadership through empathy, responsibility and informed decision-making, while developing systemic and collaborative ways of thinking. The reflection extended beyond influence towards the responsibility of creating meaningful and lasting impact.
