The programme explored digital inclusion among ageing communities, moving beyond technology skills towards dignity, autonomy, trust and care. Through conversations with local residents, stakeholders, academics and designers, participants listened, observed and understood the context before proposing solutions. The experience reframed digital literacy as a human and systemic challenge, highlighting the need to move from users to people, from training to empowerment, and from intervention to meaningful participation.
